Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented system and method for processing multi-omics and clinical data to generate patient-specific radiotherapy dose recommendation indicators for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) using DNA Damage Repair (DDR) pathway-based feature engineering. The system comprises a data acquisition module configured to receive molecular and clinical information, a preprocessing and normalization module configured to standardize heterogeneous datasets, a feature engineering module configured to generate a unified computational feature vector, a computational risk assessment engine configured to determine a molecular risk score using a survival-based predictive computational model, a dose recommendation generation module configured to generate a radiotherapy dose recommendation indicator, an explainability and confidence module configured to determine feature contributions, biological rationale, and confidence assessment, and a clinical output module configured to generate a structured plain text (.txt) clinical report. The integrated modular architecture enables standardized processing of heterogeneous molecular and clinical information while providing transparent, reproducible, and technically interpretable radiotherapy dose recommendation support for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). The architecture is designed to support future interoperability with healthcare information systems while allowing independent modification or expansion of individual computational modules without affecting the overall system architecture.
