The application for the patent was published on August 21, 2026, under issue no. 34/2026.
Abstract: A wearable EEG monitoring system 100 for a subject 102 includes a wearable headband artefact 200 including a plurality of electrodes 104 at inner surface 202 of the headband 200 to acquire electrical signal, a communication module 120; and a microprocessor 108 including a plurality of modules, at least one database, one or more processors to capture real-time electrical signals from the scalp generated through brain activity of the subject 102 by the electrodes 104; extract relevant features and neural state inference from captured signals for cognitive state analysis; process signals and calculate signal reliability index of the captured signal; evaluate processed features together with updated adaption parameters for supplying to cognitive state inference engine; transmit inferred state of the subject to a specialist using wireless communication interface; and perform continuous close-loop operation to update model behaviour.
