Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Molar Distalisation Through Controlled Force Delivery Using an AA Distaliser Appliance The present disclosure relates to a system and method that facilitate intelligent, self-regulated molar distalization through controlled multi-vector force delivery utilizing a hybrid AA distalizer appliance. The system has molar engagement units, a continuous cross-arch wire framework, a hybrid force delivery unit with open coil springs on the buccal and palatal sides, a self-regulating force control module, a dynamic anchorage stabilization module, and a force vector adjustment unit. The continuous framework removes the need for premolar banding and is shaped to keep the occlusal clearance from the teeth in between. The hybrid force delivery unit lets balanced distalising forces work, and the self-regulating module makes sure that force is released in stages and in a controlled way to avoid too much loading. The dynamic anchorage module stops the front teeth from moving back and forth as much. The system also has a sliding interface that reduces friction to make movement more efficient. The disclosure offers a compact, reliable, and clinically effective orthodontic solution characterized by enhanced biomechanical control and decreased treatment duration.
