Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Intelligent Thermal Regulation in Mechanical Systems Using Dynamic Heat Exchange Control Disclosed is an intelligent thermal regulation system and method for mechanical systems using adaptive multi-physics heat exchange control. The system includes a plurality of thermal sensing modules, processor, memory, transceiver, an AI/ML-based predictive thermal intelligence unit and an adaptive multi-physics heat exchange unit configured to monitor, predict and regulate thermal conditions associated with industrial mechanical infrastructures. Thermal sensing modules continuously gather thermal and operational data sets, including temperature gradients, vibration characteristics, pressure distributions, rotational-speed conditions, and coolant-flow parameters. The AI/ML based Predictive Thermal Intelligence unit utilizes predictive analytics along with Digital Twin assisted thermal simulation in order to analyze the acquired datasets for identifying thermal instability conditions, overheating patterns, coolant inefficiencies and thermal fatigue accumulation. The adaptive multi-physics heat exchange unit intelligently and autonomously orchestrates conductive, convective, radiative and phase-transition heat exchange operations to maximize thermal efficiency, minimize mechanical degradation, minimize overheating conditions and maximize operational reliability.
