Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based system and method for monitoring social responsibility indicators and enhancing smart city sustainability through real-time data acquisition, analysis, prediction, and decision support. The proposed system integrates data from multiple sources including IoT sensors, environmental monitoring devices, public service databases, citizen feedback platforms, social media streams, and government repositories. Machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms process the collected data to evaluate social responsibility metrics such as waste management efficiency, energy utilization, environmental quality, public participation, community welfare, and resource optimization.
