Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Intelligent Respiratory Disease Monitoring and Predictive Pulmonary Care The present disclosure relates to a system and method for intelligent respiratory disease monitoring and predictive pulmonary care. The system includes a multimodal respiratory signal acquisition module, a pulmonary bioacoustic intelligence module, a breath biomarker intelligence module, an environmental pulmonary risk assessment module, a digital lung twin generation module, a predictive respiratory exacerbation forecasting module, a personalized therapeutic optimization module, an autonomous preventive intervention module, a processor and a memory. The system collects the physiological, acoustic, biochemical, environmental, and behavioral data of a patient and produces a respiratory acoustic fingerprint and a dynamic digital lung twin of the patient’s pulmonary condition. Digital lung twin conducts pulmonary simulation operations to predict future respiratory health state and identify potential respiratory deterioration events ahead of symptom expression. The system also facilitates personalized therapeutic recommendations, preventive healthcare actions and explainable clinical decision support outputs, thus improving respiratory disease prediction, treatment personalization and proactive pulmonary healthcare management.
