Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Intelligent Notification Orchestration Based on Behaviour and Context Analysis The instant invention concerns a system and process for intelligent notification orchestration through application of artificial intelligence and machine learning methodologies. The system includes a user device that contains at least a processor, memory, data acquisition devices, an AI/ML processor unit, and a notification control module. The device captures multi-modal data related to context and behavior in response to receiving incoming notifications. The system constructs a behavioral model, and calculates an interruptibility score dynamically as well as a notification priority score based on parameters such as user activity, interaction, time, and context. A decision engine then decides the best delivery method for each notification based on one of five choices: immediate delivery, delayed delivery, suppression, merging, or cross-device delivery.
