Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Intelligent Internet of Things Device Management and Predictive Network Security Monitoring The present disclosure describes a system and method for autonomous digital twin based internet of things (IoT) device management, federated threat intelligence generation and predictive network security monitoring. The system includes a processor, memory, communication interface, Digital Twin Generation Module, Federated Threat Intelligence Module, Behavioral Drift Detection Module, Quantum-Inspired Attack Prediction Module, Dynamic Trust Assessment Module, Firmware Integrity Verification Module, Adaptive Cyber Immunization Module, Autonomous Security Policy Generation Module, Self-Healing Network Orchestration Module, and Explainable Threat Reasoning Module. The system gathers telemetry data from a plurality of IoT devices and creates continuously evolving digital twin models for monitoring and future state simulation. Federated learning techniques allow for privacy-preserving creation of threat intelligence over distributed environments. The system predicts the attack trajectories, computes the compromise probabilities, computes the device trust scores dynamically and deploys the cyber security countermeasures proactively before the attack. Self-healing network orchestration automatically isolates vulnerable devices and restores operations securely. The invention enhances predictive threat detection, network resilience, device security, operational reliability, and cybersecurity management of distributed IoT ecosystems.
