Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Intelligent Human-Computer Interaction and Personalized Digital Assistance Using Machine Learning The present disclosure is generally directed to a system and method for context-aware cognitive human-computer interaction and personalized digital assistance based on federated machine learning, multimodal behavioral intelligence, adaptive cognitive modeling, and predictive intent forecasting. The system further comprises a multimodal behavioral intelligence engine configured to collect and analyze interaction data including voice inputs, textual communications, gesture information, application usage activities, device events, and contextual information. A dynamic cognitive modeling module generates adaptive user representations and a predictive intelligence engine predicts future user requirements and workflow activities. A federated learning framework allows distributed model training in a privacy-preserving way without sending sensitive raw user data. The system also includes emotional- state-aware computing, adaptive interaction modality selection, autonomous digital task orchestration, explainable personalization, context continuity management, edge intelligence optimization, and continuous human-AI co-learning capabilities. The invention improves human-computer interaction performance and digital assistance effectiveness by providing proactive personalized assistance, improved contextual awareness, enhanced privacy protection, reduced latency, optimized resource utilization, seamless cross-device operation and intelligent automation.
