Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Intelligent Evaluation and Enhancement of Socio-Economic Empowerment through Backward Classes Corporation Schemes in Andhra Pradesh The present disclosure relates to a system and method for securely capturing, validating, synchronising and analysing scheme delivery and socio-economic empowerment information of beneficiaries of Backward Classes Corporation schemes. It authenticates a beneficiary and a hardware-bound field terminal, associates a protected beneficiary reference with a sanctioned scheme and collects evidence of benefit delivery, asset use, training completion, employment, income progression, business continuity, credit access and grievance resolution. The processor categorises each indicator according to evidentiary provenance. The processor cryptographically binds the indicator to a scheme identifier, source, terminal, time and verification event to form an evidence fingerprint. Detect and isolate duplicate, altered, substituted, replayed, or conflicting fragments. During offline mode verified fragments are encrypted and synchronisation of only pending or modified fragments happens when network availability is available. The system provides privacy-controlled beneficiary-level, scheme-wise, geographical-area-wise and district-level empowerment records. It improves integrity, traceability, communication efficiency, record availability and protection of sensitive beneficiary information.
