Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Intelligent Emergency Healthcare Response and Real-Time Critical Care Monitoring The present disclosure is directed to a system and method for intelligent emergency healthcare response and real-time critical care monitoring. The system comprising: a processor; a memory; a communication interface; a sensor integration module; a dynamic physiological state modeling engine; a multi-layer emergency severity prediction module; a multi-horizon physiological deterioration forecasting module; an autonomous medical resource orchestration module; an edge-based clinical intelligence fusion module; a physiological event compression and prioritization module; an adaptive emergency care pathway generation module; a distributed emergency intelligence learning module; a context-aware emergency communication routing module; an intelligent medical device coordination module; and an explainable clinical decision validation module. The system continuously acquires physiological, environmental, and clinical data, produces dynamic representations of the patient’s condition, predicts the occurrence of deterioration events, and assesses the levels of emergency severity. The system can coordinate healthcare resources, communication pathways, synchronize medical devices, and autonomously generate adaptive intervention recommendations through predictive analysis. The invention allows for pro-active and predictive emergency healthcare management which improves the accuracy of emergency detection, the efficiency of the emergency response, the healthcare resource utilization, communication reliability and the critical care outcomes.
