Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Intelligent Biomedical Data Processing and Real-Time Healthcare Analytics The present disclosure relates generally to a system and method for adaptive digital physiological twin generation, intelligent biomedical data processing and real time healthcare analytics. The system takes in biomedical information from wearable physiological sensors, medical monitoring devices, laboratory information systems, medical imaging platforms, electronic health records, environmental monitoring devices, and behavioral monitoring systems. Biomedical Context Fusion Engine that combines heterogeneous biomedical data into a common healthcare intelligence framework. Personalized Digital Physiological Twin Generation Module generates and continuously updates a patient-specific virtual physiological model. An Adaptive Digital Biomarker Discovery Module independently discovers emerging biomarkers associated with physiological changes and disease progression. A Predictive Physiological Deviation Detection Module predicts future health risks and physiological abnormalities prior to clinical manifestation. It also performs multi- source biomedical evidence analysis for further validation of anomalies, simulates intervention strategies and physiological outcomes, generates explainable clinical intelligence, and performs physiological drift detection with automatic model recalibration. The disclosed invention improves predictive accuracy, healthcare decision support, personalized patient monitoring and proactive clinical intervention capabilities.
