MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641111733 A) filed by Symplichain Technologies Private Limited on September 17, 2026, for A System And Method For Integrity-Controlled Token Generation In Document Extraction.

Inventor includes Ashit Kumar Swain.

The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: Disclosed system (100) comprises a processing unit (102) configured to execute an autoregressive document-extraction model to process document data, generate a partially generated machine-verifiable identifier, and generate candidate token scores for candidate next tokens. The system (100) further comprises a detection unit (104) configured to identify an identifier type and an integrity-controlled position, an integrity rule registry (106) storing identifier-specific integrity rules, and an integrity processing unit (108) configured to execute a corresponding integrity function on the partially generated identifier to determine a required identifier completion. A control unit (110) evaluates decoded text of candidate next tokens, determines candidate next tokens consistent with the required identifier completion, modifies candidate token scores to suppress inconsistent candidate next tokens, and provides the modified candidate token scores to the processing unit (102) before next-token selection. The processing unit (102) selects the next token using modified scores, reducing integrity-inconsistent identifier completions and post-generation correction. FIG. 1 is the reference figure.
