Abstract: An integrated system and method for assessment are disclosed, wherein a smartphone-based computing device (103) executes a mobile application interface (101) for capturing images via a visual data acquisition module (104) and collecting through a textual data collection module (102). Captured images are analysed by an AI imaging model (105) including a feature extraction submodule (105A), a skin-condition classifier submodule (105B), and a primary morphology model submodule (105C) to generate visual features and a primary morphology descriptor output (105D). Structured textual inputs and the primary morphology descriptor output (105D) are processed by a foundational large language model (106) and an expert system (107) to produce assessment outputs (106A, 107A) with confidence scores. A multi- modal fusion engine (108) fuses the outputs using confidence-weighted voting. A provisional report generator (109), review interface (110), and final report and teleconsultation delivery module (111) enable report delivery and teleconsultation access.
