Abstract: A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INTEGRATED ANIMAL WELFARE SERVICES WITH REAL-TIME VETERINARY ASSISTANCE AND ADOPTION MANAGEMENT The present invention relates to a system (100) and method (200) for providing integrated animal welfare services through a unified digital platform. The system (100) comprises a user interface (101) configured to receive user inputs, a location-detection module (102) adapted to determine real-time geographic location of a user device, and a mapping integration module (103) configured to identify and display nearby veterinary service providers. A database (104) stores animal profiles, user data, and service provider information, while a backend server (105) processes requests and manages communication. The system further includes an incident reporting module (107), an adoption management module (108), and a notification module (109) to facilitate reporting, adoption matching, and real-time alerts. The method (200) includes receiving a request (201), determining location (202), identifying services (203), displaying information (204), and managing adoption data (205).
