A learning and development recommendation module (108) generates personalized training, while an employee engagement and sentiment analysis module (110) applies natural language processing. An ethical AI governance and bias detection module (112) monitors automated HR decisions. An organizational readiness assessment module (114) evaluates technological infrastructure, workforce capability, operational maturity, and employee acceptance. A dashboard and decision support module (116) provides real- time analytics and implementation strategies, while a cloud-based data storage and processing module (118) securely stores data, executes AI algorithms, facilitates inter-module communication, and continuously updates analytical models using feedback.
