Abstract: A multi-modal quantification of phytochemical fingerprints, comprises a multi-sensor fusion deck (101) configured to acquire spectral and compositional data from a botanical sample using spectroscopic and chromatographic sensing modules, and a signal conditioning and pre-processing unit (102) configured to perform baseline correction, noise filtering, normalization, and scattering compensation. A feature extraction engine (103) extracts characteristic chemical signatures, and a quantification module (104) correlates the extracted features with concentration values of phytochemical constituents using calibration references stored in a reference fingerprint database module (106). A standardization index generator (105) computes a batch-specific quality and potency index, which is used by a process feedback controller (107) to regulate extraction and manufacturing parameters. A user interface and reporting module (108) displays standardized chemical profiles and quality metrics, enabling improved consistency and industrial process control.
