Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Federated Learning-Based Secure Data Processing and Collaborative Artificial Intelligence Training In present disclosure, systems and methods for trust-adaptive federated learning based secure data processing and collaborative artificial intelligence training are described. The system allows multiple participant nodes distributed to collaboratively train artificial intelligence models without sharing raw data. The invention comprises a cognitive trust scoring module configured to assess participant trustworthiness, a behavioral validation engine configured to identify aberrant and malicious model updates, and a knowledge quality weighting engine configured to determine the significance of contribution from local models. The system also includes an explainability verification engine, a self-healing model integrity module to recover corrupted model parameters, and a quantum-resilient secure aggregation module to securely aggregate models. A synthetic knowledge distillation and fusion engine is developed to produce semantic knowledge representations for better learning efficiency. A data drift prediction module proactively detects the model degradation conditions. A collaborative training operation is overseen by an autonomous governance engine and contribution records are kept on an immutable provenance ledger assisted by the blockchain. The disclosed invention improves model accuracy, security, privacy preservation, scalability, explainability and computational efficiency in distributed artificial intelligence settings.
