The system (100) identifies "CG-twins," or clinically and genomically similar patients, using a weighted, correlation-based algorithm. The system (100) incorporates somatic SNVs, CNVs, gene fusions, pathway information, and clinical attributes like cancer site, morphology, age, and treatment outcomes. Data from public repositories such as WikiPathways, CIVic combined with in-house datasets, ensure robust analysis. Features include customizable weighting schemes to reflect evolving research and dynamic scoring for precision matching. The system (100) generates ranked patient matches, providing clinicians with actionable insights for treatment planning and prognostic evaluation. Researchers benefit from exploring mutation-outcome relationships, while drug discovery is supported by identifying druggable mutations.
