Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ENHANCING NATURAL CHILDBIRTH The present invention relates to a system and methods for identifying a set of physical exercises for facilitating obstetrical care, which in particular enhances the chances of natural childbirth. More particularly, the invention provides a method for identifying a set of physical exercises for facilitating obstetrical care, the method comprising: receiving a user's responses to a specific set of questions; identifying suitable physical exercises based on the responses against the specific set of questions; and optimizing suitable timing, frequency, and duration for the identified physical exercises. In another aspect, the invention provides a system / kit for enhancing natural childbirth in a subject or user, the system comprising: a training device; a questionnaire comprising a specific set of questions; and an instruction manual comprising an exercise schedule based on a plurality of parameters associated with the subject or user.
