Abstract: [034] The present invention relates to a system and method for early detection of myocardial ischemia using non-invasive multi- parameter bio-signature monitoring and artificial intelligence-assisted analysis. The invention comprises a wearable device configured to continuously acquire physiological signals of a user through a plurality of sensing modules including an electrocardiographic sensing module, a photoplethysmographic sensing module, a bio-impedance sensing module, and a cuffless blood pressure sensing module. The acquired signals are subjected to signal conditioning, filtering, digitization, and feature extraction, and are further analyzed through an intelligent processing unit configured to correlate electrical, perfusion-related, vascular, and pressure-related parameters for identification of an ischemic risk condition. The system is further adapted to compare real-time physiological data with a personalized physiological baseline profile of the user in order to improve detection accuracy and reduce false alerts. Upon detection of a probable myocardial ischemic event or elevated cardiac risk state, the system generates a real-time alert to the user and optionally transmits diagnostic information to a caregiver, clinician, or emergency service. The invention thereby provides a portable, continuous, predictive, and non-invasive solution for early cardiac risk detection outside clinical settings. Accompanied Drawing [FIGS. 1-3]
