Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Early Detection of Cardiovascular Disorders Using AI-Based Biomedical Signal Analysis The present disclosure provides a system and method for early detection of cardiovascular disorders using multimodal biomedical signal analysis, cardiovascular digital biomarker generation, and personalized hemodynamic risk prediction. The system includes a biomedical sensor array designed to capture physiological signals such as ECG, PPG, BCG, SCG, blood pressure, respiratory, vascular elasticity and heart sound information. A processor synchronizes and pre-processes the acquired signals, extracts cardiovascular features, generates cardiovascular digital biomarkers and calculates a Composite Cardiovascular Instability Index (CCII) indicative of latent cardiovascular deterioration. The processor further develops a personalized cardiovascular digital twin for patient-specific cardiovascular modelling and executes artificial intelligence based cardiovascular analysis, hemodynamic stress prediction, cardiovascular event forecasting and disease progression mapping. The system generates personalized risk scores, explainable diagnostic insights, and proactive healthcare solutions. The invention allows early detection of cardiovascular abnormalities prior to clinical manifestation, thus improving prediction accuracy, preventive intervention, clinical decision making and long term cardiovascular health management.
