MUMBAI, India, Aug. 10 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511072605 A) filed by Vivek Jain on July 30, 2025, for A System And Method For Dynamic Adaptive Earthquake Resistance In Lightweight Independent Housing.
Inventors include Vivek Jain; Prarthana Jain; Parth Jain; and Manan Sharma.
The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.
Abstract: The present invention provides a dynamic adaptive earthquake resistant lightweight independent housing system (100) and method for isolating a movable lightweight house structure (101) from earthquake vibrations. The dynamic adaptive earthquake resistant lightweight independent housing system (100) includes an underground bunker (102), a strong foundation (102b), a flexible inflatable skirt (103), and a high-power fan system (200) for generating pressurized air beneath the movable lightweight house structure (101). A smart seismic sensor and control system automatically activates the high-power fan system (200) during seismic activity. A flexible waste water management system (300) maintains continuous waste water flow during lifting and lowering movement. Complementary sloping curves (500) guide self- alignment of the movable lightweight house structure (101) after completion of an earthquake event. Refer: Fig. 01
