MUMBAI, India, Oct. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611100658 A) filed by Manipal University Jaipur on August 20, 2026, for A System And Method For Deterministic Command-Line Session Simulation And Runtime State Synchronization.

Inventors include Yashaswi Bhardwaj; and Dr. Surbhi Sharma.

The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for deterministic simulation of command-line interactions using a structured runtime execution architecture. The system (100) comprises an authoring client (101), an application programming interface (API) server (102), a persistence layer (103), an embedded runtime (104), a schema synchronization module (105), a security controller (106), a runtime engine (201), a transformation module (302), a telemetry producer (401), and an aggregation module (402). The transformation module (302) converts terminal recording data into structured interaction models comprising command events, output events, prompt events, execution metadata, and execution graphs. The runtime engine (201) executes the structured interaction models within the embedded runtime (104) using an execution scheduler, an execution pointer controller, a runtime state manager, a command validation processor, an output rendering processor, a runtime cache controller, and a synchronization controller to reproduce command-line interactions without executing underlying operating system shell commands. The telemetry producer (401) captures runtime execution events, and the aggregation module (402) generates interaction analytics based on the captured telemetry. The disclosed architecture enables deterministic execution, runtime state synchronization, secure embedded deployment, reduced computational overhead, and consistent reproduction of interactive command-line sessions across heterogeneous computing environments.
