The application for the patent was published on July 10, 2026, under issue no. 28/2026.

Abstract: A system 100 to detect and quantify microbial load 124 and contamination status 126 in dairy samples 106 includes a differential scanning calorimeter device 102 including a sample chamber 104 to place dairy sample 106 and a reference chamber 108 to place sterile reference medium 110; and at least on temperature sensor 112 to sense real time temperature of the samples 106/110 for calculating micro-temporal thermal variations such that the micro-temporal thermal variations is amplified and corrected for baseline parameters before feeding to server 114. The server 114 process the signal using a plurality of modules 116 and employing ensemble of machine learning models, and a second-order thermodynamic parameters involving a microbial metabolic heat acceleration index derived from the micro-temporal thermal variations to calculate real-time quantitative microbial load 124 and contamination status 126 prior to measurable bulk heat generation.
