Abstract: The invention discloses a real-time, intelligent safety monitoring system designed to prevent electrocution accidents and detect unauthorized power tampering in agricultural electric fences without reliance on continuous internet connectivity. The architecture integrates a high-voltage sensing interface with a central control unit, utilizing a distributed EdgeAI and TinyML framework for autonomous offline fault classification. The system employs a machine learning-based detection pipeline- analysing signals from optically isolated voltage attenuators and current sensors—to accurately distinguish between harmless environmental factors (such as rain or vegetation) and critical hazards like unauthorized AC/DC injection or wire cuts. Upon identifying a threat, the system instantaneously engages a safety relay mechanism to isolate the power supply and simultaneously triggers a GSM-based communication module to dispatch real-time SMS alerts, ensuring robust protection and user notification in remote environments.
