Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Deep Learning-Based Malware Detection and Autonomous Cyber Defense in Computing Systems A system and method for deep learning based malware detection and autonomous cyber defense in computing systems are disclosed. The system includes: a multi-dimensional telemetry acquisition module configured to acquire operational data at the software and hardware levels; a Behavioral DNA generation engine configured to generate dynamic behavioral profiles for executable entities; a neuro-symbolic malware intelligence engine configured to perform explainable threat analysis; and a malware evolution prediction module configured to predict prospective malware variants and attack strategies. The system further comprises a hardware- assisted threat validation module configured to validate identified threats by utilizing processor-level telemetry and secure execution mechanisms, an autonomous cyber defense orchestration engine configured to enforce adaptive mitigation actions, a dynamic cyber immune response generator configured to define protective policies, a federated threat intelligence learning network configured to share encrypted intelligence, a quantum-resilient threat repository configured to store threat artifacts, and a self-healing recovery module configured to recover trusted operational states. The invention provides protection in the area of cybersecurity against evolution in malware threats that is predictive, autonomous, explainable and resilient.
