Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Deep Learning-Based Malware Detection and Adaptive Threat Mitigation in Computing Systems A system and method for deep learning based malware detection, behavioral DNA generation, dynamic execution twin analysis and adaptive threat mitigation in computing systems is disclosed. The system comprises a data acquisition module configured to acquire execution-related data from computing devices; a behavioral DNA generation module configured to generate persistent behavioral identities for executable entities; and a dynamic execution twin generation module configured to generate predictive execution replicas for predicting future process behaviors. We propose a deep learning threat intelligence module that employs graph neural network, transformer-based models, and temporal learning techniques to classify threats, detect anomalies, and predict threats. A malware evolution forecasting module predicts future malware variants and attack pathways and a context-aware threat assessment module determines threat severity levels. It also includes a hardware-aware threat containment module, an adaptive mitigation controller and an autonomous recovery module to isolate threats and restore trusted execution states. The disclosed invention enables proactive detection of advanced cyber threats, adaptive optimization of defenses, reduction of system compromise, improvement of cyber security resilience, and enhancement of operational continuity across distributed computing environments.
