The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Creation, Authentication and Reconciliation of Renewable States Across Distributed Systems The present invention relates to a protocol architecture for creation, authentication, preservation, transfer, evolution, association, reconciliation, and utilization of renewable energy representations across distributed systems. The system authenticates renewable generation events to create Authenticated Generation Events (AGEs) and corresponding Renewable States (RSs), and authenticates consumption events to create Authenticated Consumption Events (ACEs) and corresponding Consumption States (CSs). The Renewable States and Consumption States are maintained within a State Registry and participate in protocol operations through State Evolution Records including transfer, allocation, partitioning, aggregation, derivation, transformation, association, and reconciliation operations. A Reconciliation Engine determines relationships between Renewable States and Consumption States and generates Reconciliation Outputs. The protocol maintains Protocol Lineage and Protocol Graph structures enabling provenance verification across derived and transformed protocol objects. The architecture permits authenticated renewable contribution and utilization to be associated across different locations, networks, jurisdictions, organizations, and points in time independently of physical electrical energy transmission.
