MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611116592 A) filed by Harvi Singh Chugh; and Anjula Chugh on September 29, 2026, for A System And Method For Controlling Execution Of Actions Proposed By Autonomous Software Agents.
Inventor includes Harvi Singh.
The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system and method for controlling execution of actions proposed by autonomous software agents. The system (100) comprising one or more processors (102) configured to validate a structured action request from an autonomous software agent (104), determine an organisational policy, required organisational role and identity-verification assurance level independently of the agent, identify an eligible human principal, and obtain a human decision. Upon approval, the processors (102) generate a cryptographically protected authorisation artifact including an agent identity, action representation, protected target identifier (106), human-principal reference, authority information, expiry condition and replay-prevention data. Before execution by the protected target (142) , the processors (102) verify the authorisation artifact, action correspondence and continued authority of the human principal, and record consumption of the authorisation artifact before enabling execution. FIG. 1 will be the reference figure.
