The present disclosure discloses a cooling management system (100) and a method (200) for controlling a cooling process of a pre-defined space. Further, the cooling management system (100) includes a cooling unit (108). In addition, the cooling unit (108) includes one or more cooling pads (114), a pump (112), and a reservoir (110), and a Programmable Logic Control (PLC) unit (102). In addition, the PLC unit (102) includes a processor (104) and a memory (106). Further, the one or more cooling pads (114) is configured to cool the pre-defined space. Furthermore, the pump (112) is configured to pump a coolant onto one or more cooling pads (114). In addition, the reservoir (110) is configured to store the coolant. Moreover, the processor (104) and the memory (106) are coupled with the cooling management system (100) to control cooling in the pre-defined space using one or more operational modes. (
