Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Continuous Vital Sign Monitoring and Emergency Alert Generation The present disclosure relates to a system and method for ongoing vital sign monitoring and context-aware predictive emergency alert generation. The system has a bio-adaptive sensing module that collects real-time physiological data, a preprocessing module that gets rid of noise, and a multimodal data fusion engine that combines physiological and contextual data. A digital twin modeling module makes a virtual copy of a person's physical state to model and predict health conditions. A predictive analytics module uses machine learning to guess when someone's health might get worse, and a federated learning module lets model updates happen across different systems without giving away any personal information. A neuromorphic decision engine looks at strange events and ranks emergency situations based on how bad they are. The system also has an adaptive threshold mechanism for personalized monitoring and an alert generation module for sending out notifications at different levels. The invention described here offers a proactive, accurate, and privacy-protecting way to monitor health care that has fewer false alarms and better early detection of emergencies.
