The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.

Abstract: The present invention provides a system and method for battery monitoring and pressure balancing system for VRLA batteries, comprising a voltage and pressure monitoring module (102) configured to continuously sense battery voltage and internal pressure; a comparator (122) configured to compare the sensed values with predefined configurable threshold limits; an automatic load activation circuit (104) configured to initiate controlled discharge when the voltage or pressure exceeds the preset limits; a buck-based step-down converter (114) and independent charging unit (116) configured to regulate input voltage and ensure safe and balanced battery charging; a series discharging mechanism configured to evenly distribute discharge load among multiple batteries; and a switching circuit (108) configured to selectively manage power delivery between the battery and an external power source while preventing reverse voltage. The system further includes short-circuit and thermal protection mechanisms, as well as communication interfaces for logging and remote monitoring.
