Abstract: [084] A context-aware campus management system and method are disclosed for processing access, attendance and digital transaction events through a unified edge-to- cloud architecture. A user credential is read at a provisioned hardware interface point having an authenticated terminal profile that identifies a terminal identity, location and authorised service class. An embedded controller creates a secured event packet containing credential data, the terminal identity, a timestamp and a nonce. A cloud platform authenticates the credential and terminal, obtains current policy, wallet and recent-event states, and automatically classifies the interaction without manual mode selection. An event-execution engine performs access validation, attendance recording or wallet processing using an idempotency identifier, atomically updates related records, and generates a notification from the committed result. Duplicate-tap suppression, terminal authentication, controlled offline queuing and reconciliation improve data integrity. A guardian interface supports event notification, low-balance indication and secure wallet recharge followed by synchronisation across connected terminals. Accompanied Drawing [FIGS. 1-2]
