Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Cognitive Self-Evolving Adaptive Hybrid Machine Learning-Based Predictive Analytics This invention explain to a cognitive, self-evolving, adaptive hybrid machine learning-based predictive analytics system and method that can process multi-source heterogeneous data in real-time and batch modes. The invention consists of a data acquisition component, a data pre-processing component, a real-time intelligent feature dynamics selection and dimensionality reduction component, a dynamic adaptive model selection component, and an ensemble and deep learning based hybrid machine learning algorithm. A feedback loop- based continuous learning process is adopted to improve prediction accuracy and adapt to changing data trends. This invention also includes an edge-cloud based distributed infrastructure for scalability and low latency as well as a decision making component to derive actionable insights from predictions. The invention includes an interpretable artificial intelligence component to generate human-understandable output and confidence scores. Fig.3
