Abstract: A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CLOSED-LOOP ADAPTIVE HEALTH SCORING AND PROGRESSIVE MICRO-GOAL RECOMMENDATION” The present invention relates to a closed-loop health scoring and progressive goal recommendation System (100) using weekly behavioural logs and a corresponding method (200). The system (100) comprises an authentication module (101) for user verification, a health data module (102) for receiving structured lifestyle inputs, a validation module (103) for ensuring data consistency, and a feature engineering module (105) for generating numerical feature representations including BMI. A machine learning prediction module (106) generates a normalized health score, an explainability engine (107) provides parameter-wise insights, and a recommendation engine (108) generates baseline health guidance. A history availability check module (109), a trend analyzer (110), a feedback engine (111), a micro-goal recommendation module (112), and an adaptive coaching module (113) enable continuous behavioural assessment and personalized goal adaptation using historical data.
