Abstract: [051] The present invention relates to a climate-adaptive agricultural decision support system for crop yield prediction using particle-swarm-optimised federated generative modelling and blockchain-verified sustainability records. The system comprises farm-edge nodes, a federated coordination server, a climate feature processing module, a generative yield simulation module, a particle swarm optimisation module, a sustainable recommendation engine and a blockchain verification module. The farm-edge nodes train local generative models using agricultural, soil, climate, crop-stage and yield data without transferring raw farm data to a central server. Privacy-preserving model updates are aggregated to form a federated generative model, and particle swarm optimisation is applied to optimise model parameters including aggregation weights, climate stress thresholds, feature selection coefficients and recommendation confidence values. The system generates climate-adaptive yield scenarios and sustainable agricultural advisories such as irrigation scheduling, nutrient adjustment, crop stress alerts and climate-resilient practice recommendations. Verification hashes of model versions, predicted yield bands, sustainability scores and recommendation events are recorded on a blockchain ledger to provide tamper-resistant and auditable agricultural decision support.
