Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Blockchain-Enabled Secure Data Exchange and Privacy Preservation in Multi-User Networks The present disclosure provides a system and method for quantum resistant blockchain enabled secure data exchange, adaptive privacy preservation and trust aware federated intelligence in multi-user networks. The system comprises of: a Dynamic Privacy Risk Prediction Module configured to evaluate the risks of data sensitivity and privacy exposure; a Quantum-Resistant Cryptographic Protection Module configured to enable post-quantum security; a Behavioral Identity Fingerprinting Module configured to perform continuous authentication of users and devices; and a Trust-Aware Federated Intelligence Module configured to allow collaborative analytics without sharing raw data. In addition, the system encompasses an Adaptive Multi-Layer Privacy Shield Module that dynamically implements privacy-preserving techniques, a Confidential Data Tokenization and Fragmentation Engine that securely distributes encrypted data fragments, a Self-Evolving Smart Contract Governance Module that autonomously adjusts governance policies, and an Explainable Audit Analytics Module that produces transparent audit records and compliance reports. The framework presented allows for better cybersecurity, privacy preservation, decentralized trust management, scalability, auditability, and resilience against future quantum-enabled threats, while enabling secure and intelligent data exchange across distributed network environments.
