Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Blockchain-Based Secure Data Sharing and Verification The present disclosure relates to a system and method for securely sharing and verifying context-bound fragmented data over a blockchain network. The processor builds a sensitivity-dependency graph of the received data object, breaks it into semantic fragments, independently encrypts each fragment using epoch-specific keys, and distributes erasure-coded shares across different storage domains. Each fragment is bound to an object version, policy epoch and dependency state by a commitment root. For an access request, the processor creates a proof capsule, consisting of a freshness nonce, a requested-fragment mask, a device-attestation commitment and a non-revocation witness. The capsule is verified by an adaptive quorum of validators, based on the sensitivity of fragments, network threats, and diversity of failure-domains. Successful verification causes the blinded key shares to be moved to a hardware-protected environment that reconstructs only authorized fragments in volatile memory and destroys temporary keys. Cross-epoch verification prevents replay, rollback, and mixed-version reconstruction Fragment rekeying reduces computation, network traffic, and storage rewriting after revocation.
