Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for automatic lacquering. The automatic lacquering system comprises material loading unit loads the material disc to the machine, Ultrasonic cleaning with dryer, plasma surface treatment to enhance surface ability, spraying chamber, infrared curing chamber and oven baking unit. It consists a geared motor and sensor which is rotates slowly, sensor sense the pulling of material by feeder unit and it gives a signal to motor to rotate.
