Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Automated Medical Report Generation and Clinical Documentation Processing Using Artificial Intelligence The present disclosure relates to a system and method for autonomous medical report generation and clinical documentation processing using artificial intelligence and multimodal healthcare data analysis. The system collects healthcare data from multiple clinical sources, including electronic health records, laboratory systems, medical imaging repositories, wearable monitoring devices, physician consultation records, prescription databases, and treatment histories. A multimodal healthcare data fusion engine fuses heterogeneous healthcare information into an integrated clinical dataset, and a medical knowledge correlation engine establishes contextual relationships between healthcare entities. A clinical evidence verification engine validates generated clinical observations against supporting healthcare evidence and a diagnostic consistency assessment engine detects inconsistencies in healthcare records. The system also produces indicators of confidence, clinical risk scores specific to patients and traceable links between generated conclusions and original healthcare records. Documentation quality is enhanced by an on-going report optimization engine with adaptive learning mechanisms.
