Inventor includes Sameel Syed.

The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for automated global sample formulation validation across integrated enterprise databases. The system comprises a database integration gateway, formulation data ingestion module, data normalization module, master formulation repository, validation engine, regional compliance mapping module, exception detection module, approval workflow controller, and audit trail generator. The system receives sample formulation records from heterogeneous enterprise databases including ERP, PLM, LIMS, QMS, regulatory, supplier, manufacturing, and material master databases. The data normalization module converts ingredient names, material codes, concentration units, regional identifiers, and version records into a standardized validation format. The validation engine compares the standardized formulation data with global reference formulations, regional compliance rules, supplier approvals, and manufacturing constraints. The system detects inconsistencies including prohibited ingredients, concentration deviations, obsolete versions, expired supplier approvals, and duplicate sample records. The approval workflow controller generates approval, rejection, revision, or escalation actions while maintaining auditable validation records.
