Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Automated Drug Delivery and Intelligent Medication Management in Healthcare Systems The present disclosure relates to a system and method for autonomous multi-parameter drug delivery and intelligent medication management in healthcare systems. The system has a physiological data acquisition module, a patient digital generation module, a pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic prediction module, a drug interaction intelligence module, a therapeutic outcome forecasting module, an adaptive dose optimization module, an autonomous therapeutic safety validation module, an adverse event prediction and prevention module, and a closed-loop drug delivery control module operatively connected to one or more processors. The system continuously receives physiological, clinical, laboratory and medication-related information to generate a patient-specific digital and predict therapeutic responses prior to the medication administration. Medication parameters are individualized based on physiological conditions, treatment outcomes and safety assessments. This system also predicts adverse events, supports the confirmation of medication appropriateness and automatically manages drug delivery devices based on real-time physiological feedback. The invention enables to improve the accuracy of treatment, patient safety, medication effectiveness and personalized healthcare delivery based on predictive and adaptive therapeutic management. .
