The invention analytically distinguishes parent social capital from parent resource capital and processes collected responses, including a 26-item parental involvement scale, an 8-item aspiration measure, and a 5-item monitoring scale, using correlation and multiple regression to determine predictive strength while accounting for education and income related factors. Compared with conventional undifferentiated parent participation studies, the invention offers a structured India-specific framework grounded in psychodynamic, social capital, and resource capital reasoning, for evaluating home-school engagement and informing educational interventions, policy design, and outcome-focused parental support.
