Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ASSESSING NUTRITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, ATTITUDES, AND PRACTICES FOR BREAST CANCER PREVENTION The present invention discloses a system (100) and method for assessing nutritional Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices (KAP) towards breast cancer prevention among female populations. The system comprises a data acquisition module (110) for collecting demographic and medical history information, a questionnaire administration module (120) delivering validated instruments through knowledge question bank (122), attitude question bank (124), and practice question bank (126), a scoring engine (130) implementing knowledge, attitude, and practice scoring algorithms (132, 134, 136) with dynamic threshold calculation (138), a statistical analysis module (140) performing Chi-square tests to identify associations between demographic variables and KAP scores, a database management system (150), and a reporting module (160). The system addresses the need for standardized assessment of nutritional factors in breast cancer prevention, integrating antioxidant consumption patterns, cooking method awareness, and dietary behavior evaluation with validated reliability metrics including Cronbach's alpha coefficients. The method enables identification of knowledge-practice gaps and target populations for nutrition education interventions. [
