Abstract: The invention relates to educational assessment and intervention systems for evaluating and improving emotional intelligence among secondary school teachers. It provides a reproducible methodological architecture that defines emotional intelligence as a measurable and improvable capability, measures baseline and post- intervention emotional intelligence using ability-based, trait, self-report, peer-report, 360° or vignette-based tools, delivers instructor-led intervention modules in face- to-face, hybrid, intensive, weekly or team-based formats, and employs control groups, randomized allocation where feasible, and immediate and delayed follow-up. Compared with existing fragmented or isolated emotional skill assessments, the invention advances the art by integrating theory-grounded measurement, documented intervention content, comparative controls, longitudinal assessment, and outcome evaluation beyond score change alone, including teaching efficacy, empathy, communication with students, behavioural capacity, instructional functioning, and related work and health indicators. The invention is principally useful for structured assessment, training evaluation, and evidence-based improvement of teacher emotional intelligence.
