Abstract: The present invention provides a system and method for providing end-to-end, AI-powered job application vetting is disclosed. The system comprises a browser extension client for extracting data from a third-party job posting in response to a user trigger. A backend server receives the job posting data and analyzes it against a user's stored profile by synthesizing multiple disparate data sources, including an unstructured resume and a set of structured preferences. The server's analysis engine is configured to generate a comprehensive result set comprising a quantitative, weighted match score; a qualitative, hierarchical "Hiring Intent" risk tag; and a set of actionable suggestions for improvement. The system further comprises modules for generating application materials, such as resume bullets and cover letters, based on the analysis. The result set is transmitted to the browser extension for immediate display and is stored in a persistent job tracker that feeds a personal analytics dashboard to provide the user with longitudinal, strategic insights.
