Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for AI-Enabled Cancer Detection and Predictive Oncology Analytics Using Medical Imaging Data The present disclosure relates to a system and method for AI-enabled cancer detection and predictive oncology analytics using multi-modal medical imaging, imaging derived biomarker intelligence, tumor evolution signature generation and dynamic tumor progression modeling. The system receives medical image data from one or more imaging modalities including magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography, positron emission tomography, ultrasound imaging, and digital pathology imaging systems. An image preprocessing module performs the operations of image enhancement, segmentation, registration, normalization and feature extraction. An imaging-derived biomarker intelligence module produces quantitative biomarkers related to tumor morphology, vascular activity, tissue density, metabolic behavior and structural heterogeneity. A tumor evolution signature generation module generates progression-specific tumor signatures that are used by a dynamic tumor progression modeling engine to predict disease progression trajectories, recurrence probabilities and future tumor behavior. The system also contains modules for tumor microenvironment characterization, metastatic route prediction, treatment outcome prediction, explainable oncology analytics, and dynamic oncology risk assessment. The oncology intelligence enables personalized diagnosis, treatment planning, disease monitoring and clinical decision making.
