Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for AI-Driven Personalized Treatment Recommendation and Clinical Risk Assessment The present disclosure relates to a system and method for AI-based personalized treatment recommendation and dynamic clinical risk assessment The system includes a processor, memory, communication interface, multi-modal clinical data acquisition module, clinical data fusion module, patient digital twin generation module, treatment simulation and outcome prediction engine, clinical risk evolution prediction module, treatment conflict detection module, federated medical intelligence module, counterfactual treatment comparison module, explainable treatment recommendation module, and real-time physiological feedback integration module. The system aggregates and assimilates patient data from electronic health records, medical imaging systems, laboratory reports, genomic databases, wearable devices, physiological sensors, and clinician inputs to generate a continuously updated digital twin of a patient. The digital twin models multiple treatment pathways to predict treatment outcomes, future clinical risks and safety concerns. The system also supports privacy-preserving federated learning, offers explainable treatment recommendations, and dynamically updates recommendations based on real-time physiological feedback to improve treatment precision, patient safety, and clinical decision- making.
