Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for AI-Driven Medical Robotics and Precision Healthcare Assistance The present disclosure relates to a system and method for AI-enabled medical robotics and precision healthcare assistance through a continuously evolving bio-digital twin, multimodal physiological intelligence fusion, real-time tissue characterization, predictive intervention analytics, and adaptive robotic control. The system includes a processor, memory, communication interface, bio-digital twin generation module, physiological intelligence fusion module, tissue characterization module, predictive intervention planning module, explainable clinical reasoning module, adaptive robotic control module, safety envelope generation module, precision therapeutic delivery module and robotic actuator assemblies. The system collects healthcare information from medical imaging devices, physiological sensors, wearable devices, laboratory systems and robotic devices to create a patient-specific digital twin and a unified health-state representation. It also detects tissue properties, forecasts treatment results and procedural risks, creates dynamic safety margins around critical anatomical structures and autonomously optimizes robotic procedures. The disclosure allows for improved procedural accuracy, patient safety, personalized treatment administration, complication prevention, clinical decision support and optimization of healthcare outcomes through intelligent and adaptive robotic healthcare assistance.
